Founded in 1991, Mine Exchange & Supply was a Distributor of industrial supplies targeting local manufacturing plants and mining facilities. Following the success of its previous acquisition of Conveyor Manufacturing & Supply, the ownership of Holden Machine & Fabrication acquired Mine Exchange & Supply in 2001.

Today, Mine Exchange & Supply has become a leading reseller and Distributor of maintenance, repair and operational (MRO) supplies, representing major brand lines including: Acco, Wire Rope Works, Century Lubricants, Channeloclk, Crosby, Fosroc, Goodyear, Splice One, Iron Age, Flexco and hundreds of other industrial brands. ME&S maintains an in-stock inventory position on mine supplies, hand tools, custom cut and assembled wire rope, chain and hydraulic hose configurations, pumps, heaters, lubricants, janitorial supplies, safety clothing & safety equipment and hundreds of other essential products with applications in every commercial and industrial environment.

ME&S targets customers in the coal, energy, timber/wood products/paper/pulp, aggregate, steel,
petro/chemical and waste industries throughout a five state region that includes WV, KY, OH, VA & PA.
The ME&S Cora, WV. facilities include corporate offices and a warehouse and distribution facility. Mine Exchange & Supply is located in Cora, WV. adjacent to the city of Logan, WV., 45 miles south of Charleston, WV. and 25 miles north of Madison, KY., off of RT. 119.
