Founded in 1978, CM&S enjoyed a credible twenty year history serving the local mining and chemical industries, with a primary focus on the sale of new equipment including: Falk fluid couplings, Goodman idlers and Jeffrey crushers, shredders and vibrating feeders.

CM&S was acquired by Holden Machine & Fabrication in 1998. Since that time, HMF has dramatically expanded the scope of Conveyor Manufacturing & Supply’s capabilities, by making significant financial investments in it’s facilities, capital equipment, executive management and technical staffing. A five thousand square foot state of the art machining and fabrication facility was built in 2004, transforming CM&S into the leading stocking distributor and re-build facility in the region. This acquisition further strengthened the greater enterprise by broadening its portfolio of products, technical services and the regional account base and industrial markets served.

Today, CM&S represents the most respected brands in the power transmission field including: Jeffrey Specialty Equipment Corporation, Falk Corporation, Goodman Conveyor Company, Carlisle Power Transmission Products, Kraft Power Corporation, Voith Turbo Inc., TB Woods, Rexnord, Link-Belt, Nord Gear Corporation, Baldor Motors & Drives and many others. Their Certified Technicians are capable of performing a wide range of technical services from diagnostic and preventive maintenance services such as vibration analysis and laser alignment, to complete re-build services. Underscoring its commitment to total customer satisfaction, CM&S also provides its customers with 24/7 mobile technical service coverage.

The CM&S, Milton, WV., facilities include corporate offices, a warehouse & distribution facility and a fabrication & re-build facility. The fabrication & re-build facility has equally enormous capacity to that of Holden Machine & Fabrication, featuring a wide range of boring mills, lathes, presses, pullers, gear and key cutting equipment and sand blasting and painting facilities. CM&S also specializes in custom CAD/design, engineering, welding and fabrication services.

CM&S serves a diversified customer base in the coal, energy, timber/wood products/paper/pulp, aggregate, steel, chemical, waste and manufacturing industries throughout West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, Virginia and Pennsylvania.
