Holden Machine & Fabrication was founded by Aaron “Pap” Rice Sr., in 1979. This family owned organization has served WV, KY, OH, VA and PA commercial/industrial markets, for more than a quarter century. HM&F remains the cornerstone of this three company enterprise which now includes, Conveyor Manufacturing & Supply (Milton, WV.) and Mine Exchange & Supply (Cora, WV.).
